Where broken hearts heal and freedom begins
Painful experiences can leave us carrying emotions, beliefs, and patterns that keep us feeling stuck. As a Heart Freedom Coach, I guide you through gentle questions to help identify what your heart is holding—without asking you to share every detail or relive the past. We may use an image, a feeling, or a belief as a starting point, then work through it together at your pace. Before we finish, we look at what you need to feel supported as you take your next step forward.
““to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners.” — Isaiah 61:1 (NIV)
What remains unresolved keeps asking for our attention.
Your body wants to feel safe. After a painful experience, it may build protective patterns—staying alert, avoiding certain feelings, or holding tightly to beliefs that once helped you get through. Over time, those protections can become strongholds that leave you feeling stuck.
When your system is working hard to protect you, there may be less capacity for connection, creativity, and everyday life. In a gentle session, we explore what is still asking for attention without requiring you to retell every detail. As those patterns begin to loosen, you can have more room to make choices, connect with others, and move toward the life you want to create.

Yes! The enemy sets up strongholds and legal rights as a result of unresolved trauma, disappointments and wrong beliefs. Jesus said you will know the truth and the truth will set you free. This method ministers to your spirit and allows it to help ID the areas of hurt. Your God given imagination allows you to “see” the unresolved trauma and often the body will reflect the emotional blocks. God shows up in the sessions if He is welcomed.

Sessions can be done on anyone willing to change. Nonverbal clients or pets can have a surrogate session performed by a friend, family or colleague.
-
Everyone processes at their individual pace. Building capacity depends on their layers of trauma, their current lifestyle and their willingness to do any homework. Often 3-8 sessions address the root causes of their symptoms

Once we’ve addressed painful experiences and the false beliefs formed around them, we can turn toward the life you want to build. The same process can help us explore what feels stuck in your relationships, work, finances, or creative pursuits. Together, we look for hidden beliefs and patterns that may be holding you back, so you can move forward in the freedom of who God has called you to be and what He has called you to do.
